What to prepare before a google review removal assessment

Keep the direct review URL, the correct branch profile, the review date and relevant booking or transaction context. An unfamiliar reviewer name alone does not prove a review is fake.

Understand the limits before paying for help

Removing a Google review is different from deleting your own reply or closing a Business Profile. A business cannot directly delete someone else’s review.

The initial assessment is free. For removal work, the proposed content, scope, fee and payment trigger are agreed before you proceed. Ask what happens if content is only partly changed, returns later or appears on another website. Ongoing reputation work has its own agreed terms.

What if the content remains online?

Keep records of the decision and any reference number. New evidence may change the options, but repeated identical requests do not guarantee a different result. A calm response, correction of inaccurate business details or a genuine customer-feedback plan may be more useful than another removal attempt. Can you guarantee every review will be removed?

No. Every review needs an assessment, and Google makes the final decision. We cannot promise removal of every review or a 100% success rate. You receive an honest assessment before deciding whether to proceed.

What information do you need?

The review link, your business name, a contact email and a brief explanation. We may ask for relevant records after the assessment. Never share passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary personal information.

Can you assess more than one review?

Yes. Include each review link and explain the concern with each one. Reviews are assessed individually, with the scope and any fees agreed before work starts.

What if a removed review returns?

A platform can reinstate content, and an author may post again. Contact us with the new link for a fresh assessment. Any follow-up scope and fees must be agreed separately; permanent removal is not guaranteed.
