Do I pay before removal?
No. Our removal offer is no removal, no payment. The fee and scope are agreed before work starts, and payment becomes due only after the agreed review is removed. Other reputation-management work is quoted separately.
Can you guarantee removal of every review?
No. Every review needs an assessment and the platform makes the final decision. We cannot promise removal of any review or a 100% success rate, and content may be reinstated later.
Is the initial assessment free?
Yes. There is no charge for an initial review assessment. Any proposed paid work and its scope will be explained before you choose to proceed.
How long does it take?
We aim for 0–14 days after assessment and agreement to proceed. This is a target, not a guaranteed deadline. Platform checks and further review can take longer.
Are you affiliated with Google?
No. ReviewResolve is an independent service. Google, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Trustpilot names and marks belong to their respective owners.
What do I need for an assessment?
A direct review link, your business name, your contact email and a short explanation. Do not share passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary personal information.
Can you assess multiple reviews?
Yes. Provide each link and the context for each review. Every review is assessed individually, and the scope and fees are agreed before any work starts.
How do I send my details?
